Who is Weevio for?
Independent repair shops that also sell, including Apple service providers and computer stores. Weevio runs the counter, the bench, the parts room and the books in one system.
We use PIMS today. Can we bring our history?
Yes. Your customers, products, orders and repairs come into Weevio from PIMS. Until you switch, they keep updating from PIMS and stay read-only in Weevio. Take a record over when your team is ready to work on it in Weevio.
What hardware do we need?
An iPad, a computer or a phone. Weevio is built for iPad first, and you can add it to your Home Screen. To scan, use an iPhone or iPad camera, or any USB or Bluetooth scanner.
Which card readers does Weevio use?
Stripe card readers. Customers tap, insert or swipe at the counter. You can refund from the order, and card payouts are matched to your bank deposits.

For bookkeepers: how does Weevio cost inventory?
First in, first out (FIFO). Each delivery keeps the price you paid, and the oldest stock is used first. Entries are written when you invoice, and post right away or after your review. If a vendor bills a different price later, margins update without rewriting past sales.
