Here's a first look at the new Weevio. It's retail and repair software that weaves repairs, orders, customers, inventory, and accounting into one connected system.
One set of records
Many shops juggle separate tools for the counter, the bench, and the books. In the new Weevio, they share the same records. An order, a repair, and a customer's balance live in one place, so anyone on your team can see where things stand.
What's inside
- Repairs. See the whole bench in a board view or a table view. The board only offers the moves that make sense next.
- Orders. Quote it, take a deposit, and invoice from the same order. Split one payment across card, cash, and store credit.
- Customers. Keep every contact and address on one record, and see what each customer owes by age.
- Inventory. Sell every color, size, and configuration from one product, and follow each serial number from receiving to sale.
- Accounting. Track the cost of every delivery, and reconcile your bank statement, deposits, and card payouts.
For Apple Authorized shops
Check warranty status, Repair Readiness (including Find My), and diagnostics without leaving the repair, with your shop's Apple authorization. Apple first, with more brands added as shops need them.
